Add support for Google Authenticator

Please add support for [Google Authenticator](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Google_Authenticator Google), to allow two-factor authentication with TeamPass. This will significantly improve the security of TeamPass.

Its pretty easy, each user gets its own secret and that generates a code and/or QR code they can scan.
Don't forget to add in a feature to regenerate the key in case it is lost.
