Dear community,
I have been using fmriprep to preprocess my resting state fmri data (7yo pediatric sample), however the file size has increased very much (from ±400MB of raw BOLD to ±7GB after fmriprep finished).
After fmriprep I did smoothing (5mm), increasing it further to about 7.5GB. Now, I want to regress out the nuisance factors I got from the tsv file provided by fmriprep (global signal + 6 motion parameters) using fsl_glm/ fsl_regfilt, however the file seems to be too big. I keep getting "oom-kill event(s)" errors.
I was wondering if any of you have run into this problem and how you dealt with this? All advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!!
Mirthe
