Describe the feature

We should have a CI that deploys and test every preset

Currently some presets are deployed with a github integration instead of a github action.
This will give us confidence when we make Nitro changes that everything works as expected.
We can use this to keep track of the presets configured with a github integration.

Presets to create a workflow for :

Not necessary to test

This presets should already covered by the presets above and might be un-necessary to test alone.

  • base-worker
  • static
  • service-worker
  • nitro-dev
  • nitro-prerender
  • node-cli
  • node-server
  • node
