~~Update & improve the interaction between CAT & the CAT results database.~~
~~Store job settings in the database.~~
~~Optional: move the database ot its own separate folder.~~
Add the option to convert the database to MongoDB format.
~~Add the option to enable/disable the exporting of .xyz files.~~
~~Add the option to convert the .pdb files to the hdf5 format.~~

Finished (for now); create a seperate Database class in the future.
Needs more refinement, but it works.
