[Feature Request] Proxy

Describe your suggested feature

Add proxy support -p/--proxy, would make it easier for people outside of US to download stuff (especially KM which region lock their API too).

Supported proxy will depends on whatever reqwest crate support.
Might also need to enable socks feature by default
