yes, armv6 builds take a bit longer, in this case we've had some build problems and it's taking longer than usual

@Fishrock123 the binaries have built but failed to compress and upload (bad config on that machine), I'm doing the manual steps and will be uploading but you need to promote this one so please do so when you get online next.

done on my end, waiting in staging, probably no need to rush on this @Fishrock123, the zero-fill bug is going to be important enough to warrant a quick 4.1.1 which should be recommended over 4.1.0 anyway
