External links is a feature that allows a user to create a dynamic link that will be displayed on the selected items detaiuls page that upon clicking will take you to the location of the external link.

Details

Visibility of these items is on an organization basis. That is if a user is a part of org a, and they have external link visibility in org b, they will see that external link on an org a item. this is by design.

The Centurion Webmaster has the ability to set application wide a "global" organization. When set the items the webmaster set as "global" when created/edited will be moved to the global organization. This feature serves the purpose of limiting (if not completely removing) duplicated data.

Add the capability for an external link to be created within the global organization that will then be displayed on ALL items within Centurion.
