As a Nargo user, I would like to install a new proving backend (e.g. halo2) with nargo install <link_to_backend_binaries> (e.g. https://github.com/...), so that I can enjoy the benefits (e.g. faster proving speeds) the proving backend offers.

This epic has been closed. We're just in the process of cleaning up this code now but we have the MVP.
