Option to move navigation at the bottom of the screen (on mobile)

I use Pinafore on mobile a lot, and I would love to have the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen for easier reach.

I suggest adding a new setting to enable that. What do you think?

I think that's a great idea. This is more of a design convention on iOS, and also it's just more comfortable for a lot of folks.

I think the "indicator" (i.e. the little horizontal bar) should probably go on top if we do this, and some of the hard-coded top values may need to change, but other than that it should be a small change. Seems like a very reasonable feature.

On iOS especially I think this would be a great feature, yeah. I just need to crack open the CSS and do it. :)
