Some edit mode dropdown selectors have an empty option with no text, instead of an option that says "No value" #548

Not a big deal but it looks weird. These options should probably be replaced with a "No value" option that clears the selector.

Affected dropdown selectors:

Locality

Every dropdown in Taphonomy tab
Site Area in Locality tab

Species:

Taxonomy Status in Taxonomy tab
Every dropdown in Locomotion tab
Every dropdown in Size tab
Hypsodonty/Horizodonty in Teeth tab
