Works enough for hass with limited devices

Library is stable enough to support lights and switches and binary sensors in Home Assistant.

There's definitely room for cleanup, there's no documentation, and the code structure is a bit unwieldy. But it works.

Non-functional pre-alpha baseline

It connects to the PLM and dumps out hex data as it is seen. Nothing more.
