French: Translation

@salitrov This thread has been setup for .tsv (as .tsv.txt or .tsv.zip) French (fr) translation uploads to be processed for the Android and iOS Daily Dozen applications.

Version v04 is a rollup of the legacy Android translation, the original baseline v00, and the existing changesets (v01, v02, v03).
