I was recording a user complaint but yes #366 could be the solution to this.. it also just seems that the current logic shouldn't be to ignore templating if there's an attachment on the message.

Hmm got it. When I set up a template message for media, and use an attachment like an image, the image attached is used on the template message. For this, we can use the template message with attachments. We need to discuss other cases, like template messages with video, attachments, audio, buttons and etc.
