LaTeX in rustdocs

I was looking at using LaTeX in rust docs and ran into two ways of doing it:

• https://docs.rs/katex-doc/0.1.0/katex_doc/
• https://docs.rs/rustdoc-katex-demo/0.1.5/rustdoc_katex_demo/

none of them are really "practical" if you're used to write LaTeX, but the katex-doc one is already better as you don't need to escape underscore and other special characters that you often find in LaTeX.
