Additional Agenda Items:

Additional 1) For this release, we're still late in getting a release manager. So I propose that instead of a generating a Feature List (that we then use to begin the Release Notes), we try ONLY creating Release Notes starting today? The main difference is we won't ask people for their initial list for the feature list THEN ask them to add more detail. Instead we'll say "give us all the features and detail". We should discuss pros and cons to this approach.
Additional 2) Alerted that a robotics/physics feature will be requested via Exception on 3/31 that a user wants to have in the release. It will be behind a feature flag and is noted to be low risk. This is just a heads up. We will get an exception created.
Additional 3) Need to create the Stabilization/exception Github project today similar to https://github.com/o3de/o3de/projects/21
