Description

需求：对于obproxy 和observer，存在某些已知问题的，期望obdiag 工具能够给一个WARN级别的提示告知用户升级。

obproxy 版本提示升级区间：<= 4.3.1

observer 版本提示升级：[待补充]

2024.12.10 更新：
需告警版本，建议升级的ob版本：
● 4.0
● 4.1
● 421低于4215版本；
● 422
● 430
● 431
