how to get more medias before filtration ?

How to fix it.
It says found 80 medias by hastag , but i want to grab more medias to like . but for sure there are about a million medias with this hashtag (for example #love )

you need to use max_id pagination filter to ask more media. You can find it in your hashtag_feed response.
