  • Update README.md
  • Create TODO.md for all packages
  • Fix 404 pages requiring a second press on mobile
  • Fix Hash Action not scrolling to correct element of a new page (switch to using getBoundingClientRects)
  • Add the Shell class that allows for frameworks to interupt the PJAX process
    • Allow for an Hybrid between PJAX, and JS SPA frameworks
