No requirements.txt file exists

Description

I am not super skilled with code but I am decent with the basics. That said I could be missing something.

When I try to install it says there is no requirements.txt file. Looking in the dir I download I do not see the file. I assume there should be stopes in that that help the install vs just creating a blank requirements.txt file.
