Statuses Success and Fail in ALM initially used to get status of the transactions sent by the bridge oracles. The intent was to help with issues troubleshooting. At the same time, the AMB usage shows that it is more important to discover if an oracle does not send the transaction at all.
While ALM users are confused by the status "Fail" it makes sense to simplify the page by re-thinking of the statuses meaning. There should be four statuses only:
"Pending" has the same meaning as now
"Confirmed" is set for transactions delivering confirmations even if a confirmation exceeds the threshold
"Fail" is set if a transaction was failed due to reasons different from the threshold exceed
"Not found" if an oracle did not send the transaction but other oracles provided enough number of confirmations.
