Possible to bridge a PoS chain with a PoW chain ? #679

Hi

I have 2 private testnets running on a network - one is Ethereum using PoW consensus and the other is using Ethereum PoS consensus

please note that these are running on different machine and inside a university network

i want to create a bridge between them - say i want to move ether, from the chain running PoW to the chain running PoS.

Is it possible to use TokenBridge to create a bridge between the blockchains i am dealing with ?
