[FHIR Road Map]: Parsing and working with contained Resources.

Issue Context?

While working on the care team view. I came across this resource which has a participant that is a contained resource. Which got me thinking that its one of those things about the fhir spec that we have not yet considered when parsing and working with fhir resources.

For instance the careTeam resource linked above has a contained resource among the participant's field.
When loading up the care team in a form
should the contained resource be loaded up as an existing practitioner in the select dropdown options and how.
What happens when we cannot find the contained resource id in the careTeams resource contained attribute.
Is this something we need to consider for all other resources.
