problem with Following Microk8s + local minio document

hello, I planned to install onepanel with minio on Nvidia A100 server and connect onepanel to CVAT.

i was following this part in documents,

and i tried
microk8s kubectl get pods -A
, but i got this result.

my namespace is not showing in . what's going on?

and previously, I had trid document from first to this of quickstart
KUBECONFIG=./kubeconfig opctl apply

but i got this result.

and, In param.yaml,
how can i get ip to write metallb part?

I failed and failed, and I am confused about it..
