1. Modified handling of APF protocol to resolve issue where if multiple WS-Man commands are sent to Intel® AMT device in rapid succession a time-out error from Intel® AMT can occur.
2. Added periodic power polling calls during KVM and SOL sessions to resolve issue where rapid keyboard inputs to Intel® AMT will cause a hang on Intel® AMT 11 devices. Hangs can still occur, but system will become responsive again after the power poll (every 15 seconds).
