The current implementation introduced a workflow-call to a workflow stored in the ocm-integrationtest repository. This workflow writes into the repository ocm-integrationtest and requires therefore additional permissions (see here)

The integration test in ocm-integrationtest should be reworked and then, the additional permission must be revoked.

(This issue essentially serves as reminder)
