Task extract fails with custom_assets/merc_replacements/jakb-lod0.glb in v0.2.17

Using last tooling 0.2.17 I can not task extract if I have the model of eichar-lod0.glb (renamed to jakb-lod0.glb) inside custom_assets/merc_replacements/jakb-lod0.glb.

It will fail with the following error: No NORMAL attribute for mesh: (https://github.com/open-goal/jak-project/blob/master/common/util/gltf_util.cpp#L331)

With tooling 0.2.15 task extract works. I guess the issue was commited between these two versions.

I hope the issue is properly described!
