Even the though the Azure Event Hub Receiver was included in the latest version of the Open Telemetry Collector Contrib repository it is not available in the latest Docker image with error: "error decoding 'receivers': unknown type: 'azureeventhub' ..."

It appears that a modification is also necessary to include it in this repository. Here is the related commit: open-telemetry/opentelemetry-collector-contrib#18208
