I noticed this PR was merged.

Post a comment with "/CreateReleaseTag" in the body if you would like me to create the release tag core-1.9.0-rc.1 for the merge commit which will trigger the package workflow.

I just pushed the core-1.9.0-rc.1 tag.

The package workflow should begin momentarily.

The packages for core-1.9.0-rc.1 are now available: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-dotnet/actions/runs/9422154772/artifacts/1580387047.

Once these packages have been validated have a maintainer post a comment with "/PushPackages" in the body if you would like me to push to NuGet.

I'm sorry @vishweshbankwar but you don't have permission to push packages. Only maintainers can push to NuGet.
