Describe the bug

similar to #8109, but our JdbcIgnoredTypesConfigurer only support to ignore org.apache.shardingsphere.shardingjdbc.jdbc.core.statement. which is not exists in shardingsphere 5.x

similar to #8109

Get the actual database info
