Some AWS-SDK SQS Propagation and Extraction Thoughts

Following some conversation on the AWS-SDK SQS/SNS PR (see: #1026 (comment)) I realized that folks mental models around what propagation for SQS looks like may differ, specifically around extraction. I wanted to lay out how I was thinking about some things, this also follows some conversation and ideas from @Aneurysm9 and @anuraaga in the CNCF Slack.

I'll use the below to facilitate discussion in today's SIG mtg (Dec 7, 2021), but folks are welcome to comment here as well if they'd like.

Note, I've never really used SQS in production so I may be totally off base with how this sort've stuff looks like in practice
