The CHANGELOG markdown file has a section Semantic conventions to group all changes. Given the split of semconv to its own repo, does it still make sense to have this sub-section in the CHANGELOG file?

Maybe let's vote here and then I will follow up and remove if that is what the majority prefers.

Agree that Semantic conventions does not seem useful and can be removed.

I believe we discussed changing the folder structure to http/messaging/database/etc and if we do it, perhaps we'd want to have similar sections in the changelog then.
