would be great to create otel group we can tag on the PRs and add it to codeowners when applicable

Proposed name: @open-telemetry/semconv-client-side-approvers (could split out into ios, android, browser in the future, but currently it's a combined SIG)

Initial members?

When I left the comment, I was thinking about events approvers, but client group would make sense as well.
Note: we already have https://github.com/orgs/open-telemetry/teams/semconv-mobile-approvers
