Allow stating review of publications, products

Information on (peer) review (not just for publications) is valued by OpenAIRE. In institutional or journal repositories' metadata this is often mingled with resource type statements, or put in description statements, or in OAI sets (simply stating peer reviewed or not peer reviewed).
More elaborate declarations might comprise an optional link to the review (when openly accessible), the level/kind of the review (open, blind, double blind, ...), the organiser/driver/requirer/promoter/platform of the review (publisher, third party, funder, ...).
