server gets slower and slower after 12-24 hours of use

In prior versions you could run the relex server for months without a problem. The current server gets slower and slower, using more and more cpu time, until, after about 24 hours, it is using 600% cpu time, and is painfully slow. I think its spending all its time in garbage collection. RAM usage is not increased.

This is a show-stopper for any kind of large-scale analysis...
