Update the MFE Rewrite Status page

Problem

The MFE rewrite status page hasn't been kept up to date. This contributes to confusion around which MFEs have been written and which have not, which are on deck, etc.

Product/Platform Value

To better coordinate all work around MFEs, including continuing with the conversion, we need to have a clearer picture of the current situation.

Acceptance Criteria

Update the page to reflect current reality. Create a solution for keeping the page updated on a regular basis: Who will own this? How often will it be updated? etc.

Related or in-progress work

Could the list of MFEs on the rewrite page also function as the canonical list wished for/desired here? #263
