2. New topics

• BD-39 is merging: latest version of Paragon will be accessible from edx-platform via an aliases "paragon-new" package.
• Follow-on goal: let external plugins/XBlcoks import
• 2U meetings (Be Warzeski, Adam Butterworth, etc) on responsive design: columns, containers, frames, and how it all fits together. Lean more heavily on bootstrap for design language;
• Canonical UX guide: we have a Figma document written by 2U: https://www.figma.com/file/eGmDp94FlqEr4iSqy1Uc1K/Paragon-Design-System?node-id=26634%3A64145. To make this more community centric, get in touch with: Gabe Weinberg and Mike Leary.
• Reviews should go straight to owners/maintainers, instead of being triaged first
• We still have (at time of writing) 72 open FED-BOM PRs (board): how do we improve this?
  • Concern: reviewers need to be thorough, given the potential impact of even simple changes
  • Concern: PR/ticket descriptions need to make it as easy as possible for the reviewer
  • tCRIL is expanding its frontend team (by 1, but any help is welcome): should be able to tackle more PRs
  • 2U is working on better flows to make sure owners/maintainers are aware of what needs reviewing
