Can not use Default "node--oe-w-content-banner.html.twig"

For my custom content type era_board_meeting, I would like to set the default node--oe-w-content-banner.html.twig template but it is not recognized by Drupal.
To be recognized I am forced to set the specific node--era-board-meeting--oe-w-content-banner.html.twig

Here are my suggesstions :
