Dump per taxonomy statistics from times to times

We have the culture of data dumps at openfoodfacts. They are a great way to enable people getting data for their apps / research without too much load on our servers.

Could we have a dump of statistics per taxonomy every week ? That is for each taxonomy entry, the number of corresponding items in the database.

I think compressed json would be a good enough format for now.
