In previous Standards, the Abbreviated Terms section was a subsection within Terms and Definitions. It is not included in this Standard template.
Any objection to it being inserted into clause 4, such as:

...
== Abbreviated Terms

The other option would be to also include an optional symbols subsection. I think this is what ISO does:

I suggest adding Abbreviated Terms and Symbols to Section 4, but leaving the title of Section 4 as "Terms and Definitions"
