[D&D] Add Icon to the "Create new visualization" popup

Add a new menu item to the "Create New Visualization" popup to launch the Drag and Drop experience.

• add viz menu item
• add a new icon to replace the existing generic icon

Do we have the new icon asset, or is that something that we need UX to provide?
