[Segment Replication] Support real time queries independent of refresh intervals

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
With Segment replication #6563 and remote store the refresh times can keep on growing espl with the need to upload segments to remote store as a part of the refresh. This delay can stall real-time queries from getting access to the most up to date data.

Describe the solution you'd like
One approach is to see if we can make indexed data searchable without requiring a refresh by implementing a LSM tree which can help with faster query of indexed data that has so far not been refreshed.
