[FEATURE] Replace ag-react with OUI Table

Is your feature request related to a problem?
CVE-2024-38996 required that ag-react be bumped to version 32.0.2 which introduced some breaking changes and dependency on EC2020. For the 2.16 release we decided to remove the one table display that was depending on this as the information is still available in the events tab.

What solution would you like?
We should replace the removed ag-react table with a OUI Table if we want to keep this functionality in place.

What alternatives have you considered?
