Allow to pass hostname as variable

When deploying on runtimes where instances are accessed by generated values (e.g. Kubernetes statefulset DNS endpoint <name>-<pod id>.<service>.<namespace>.svc.cluster.local) we need to set a specific hostname, different to localhost.

We should allow users to override hostname.
