This lets us use encrypted data bags with Vagrant.

Weird, the entire suite passes for me on 1.9.3 both on Ubuntu 12.04 as well as OS X 10.8 (and I've been using my fork of test-kitchen with encrypted data bag support and it's been working fine).

Any way I can access travis build logs?

Fixed it, there was a lint issue which was fixed (and force-pushed).
