cmake: investigate the utility of CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE selection in VS context #278

In a Visual Studio project, selecting the target build type from cmake is shadowed by the capability of the VS-IDE to do the same.

This issue to decide if it's better to :

find a way to force the cmake build type choice to the VS-IDE (opening the *.sln solution the User will find his chosen build type selected)
or leave it be, hide the choice-option cmake-size, and the let the user choose its build type from the VS-IDE.
