[Docs]: Getting Started doesn't even mention cookie table

What is the improvement/update you wish to see?

• The cookie table should be mentioned in "Getting Started".
• The config generator should insert empty cookie tables by default.

Currently, the only mentioning of cookie table is here, and that one is not very readable:

The cookie table should be WAY more prominent, don't you agree?

It´s actually completely useless, I´ve removed it all together as soon as I had to build a multilanguage site. Waaay to much hassle to bother with that, I´ve just made a page with cookie policy and list them here-here, anyone can edit it easilly within site admin, unlike editing the js/json files.
