Request got rejected; How can I ask for a human reverification?

Hi everyone,

I have applied to Github Education, but I got rejected for the following reasons:

• The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name.
• You appear not to be near any campus location for the school you have selected.

However,

• I have uploaded the image of my school ID that has the school name clearly written in English.
• I have explained why I am not currently in the country where my school is located. (I've uploaded the document proof of the reason)

I got rejected right after I submitted the form, so I'm not sure if my documents was verified by a human. What can I do to request a re-verification?
