Сannot confirm academic affiliation

Hi everyone,

What`s up everyone!
I'm trying to verify my academic credentials to receive the Github Student Pack.
I tried all possible problems and solutions, including:

• I set my first and last name in my profile exactly as in my document confirming that I am a student;
• I linked the corporate e-mail that I received at the university to my profile;
• Tried taking a photo via the web version of github on a mobile device (via Google Chrome), and via the web version on my PC (also Chrome);
• Filled all the payment information (including first and last name exactly as in my student document);
• Allowed the use of geolocation when sending an application;
• Connected the mobile app with my account;
• My university is listed on Github and can be selected

Every time after about a minute, refreshing the page with applications, I see that they are rejected
