paketo-buildpacks/rails-assets: how to skip rails assets precompile pipeline

Hi There,

I'm currently trying to port a Ruby application running on bosh (https://github.com/orange-cloudfoundry/cf-mysql-broker/tree/Ruby-312) to the ruby buildpack. Due to some constraints, I need to skip the rails assets precompile, but I can't find any information on how to disable this.
I'm new to Rails and paketo,so I may have missed something obvious.
