I have a customer who wants to create a much larger then reccomended bootstrapper exe. I've built the MSI with multiple .cab files and can get it to build the bootstrapper if it's not compressed. Compressing exceeds the 2GB limit of a containter. I've read that v4/v5 support multiple attached containers but I'm not sure what that fragment would look like. Does anyone have any examples?
